Which banks offer the lowest foreign exchange spread for SGD->USD wire transfers?

%26lt;Bank of America%26#039;s response after taking after giving a 0.6193 rate when the midpoint spot rate from xe.com was about 0.6533.%26gt;

%26quot;Thank you for your inquiry dated 6/21/07. We understand your concern regarding the checking account ending in %26lt;removed%26gt;. We value you as our customer and will be able to assist you.

Incoming international wire transfers to your Bank of America account have a charge of $15 per wire. Additional fees may be charged if the international institution is unable to send the wire directly to Bank of America. In this case, the alternate financial institution, through New York, receives the wire and forwards the funds to Bank of America, deducting their wire fee from the principal amount of the wire.

The International Transaction Fee of 3% will be charged for each purchase made with a Check Card in a foreign country. The International Transaction Fee of 1% will be charged for each cash withdrawal made with a Check Card in a foreign country.%26quot;

I would have suggested Bank of America. You could always try Chase, Citibank or US Bank.
