Are there any online savings accounts for children under the age of 18?

I currently have an ING Direct account with my Mom as the Custodian, but their interest rates keep going down. I would like to get an account on my own with a bank that has a high interest rate. I have seen some that are higher than ING Direct, but are they destined to go down too?

ING is one of the best and your local bank will be lower. You need to be 18 not have your parent as a custodian unless you are in the military.

Put yours savings in the stock market with a good mutual fund from T Rowe Price or the like
